Owned and operated by the Casillas family, El Comal has been a cherished part of the community since 2002. Founded by Carolina Casillas and her oldest son Miguel, the restaurant initially started as a small American breakfast spot before transforming into the vibrant Mexican and Salvadoran eatery it is today.
